We offer a variety of fresh seasonal menus, from appetizers and cocktails, to four-course dinner menus and can accommodate groups at either Lunch, Brunch or Dinner. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's)
Are your menu options customizable?
We have designed our banquet menus with several options in the hopes that most people will find choices they like within those options. However, we are open to tweaking your menu where possible if you have particular preferences.
Is it necessary to preorder our meals for a banquet?
No. A custom menu is selected in advance and displayed on the tables at the event. Guests order from this menu directly to their server
Can you accommodate special dietary needs?
Some. Rather than build options for those with special diets into your menu for everyone, we prefer to address these on the day of the banquet with the guest in question. So, for example, if someone is vegetarian, you needn’t include a vegetarian option in the menu for everyone; rather, we would offer that person a few options of their own to choose from. We do have a gluten-free menu and can usually accommodate allergies and intolerances. We don’t have, however, an entirely gluten-free kitchen or a Kosher kitchen, for example. Please feel free to speak to the management about the particular dietary need you wish to address.
Do you offer a Children’s Menu for banquets?
Yes, we do have a Kid’s Menu. It has a choice of Burger and Fries, Pasta with Tomato, Cream or Meat Sauce or Chicken Strips and Fries plus Pop or Juice plus a scoop of Ice Cream for $14.95.
Is there a minimum number required for a private banquet at your restaurant?
No, but . . . each of our dining rooms has a seating capacity of about 55, so if your group is quite small but you wish to have complete privacy, your party may be subject to an additional room rental charge. (Please see below for details.)
Is there a room rental charge?
Sometimes. If you wish to have a completely private room, we do reserve the right to charge for room rental if sales are below a certain level. From Sunday through Thursday, we require $1400 in sales in the evening; if the bill falls short of that, we would charge the difference up to $250. On Friday and Saturday evenings, the minimum sale threshold is $1800 and the rental fee would be a maximum of $400.

Can we bring our own liquor/wine?
No. Our liquor license does not allow this.
I’m hosting the banquet but don’t wish to provide alcoholic drinks for the guests. Can you accommodate this?
Certainly. We have a fully stocked bar and can always bill guests individually for the drinks they consume. Alternatively, you might want to consider providing a controlled amount of alcohol for your guests; for example, you might offer wine with the meal up to a predetermined number of bottles.
Can I decorate?
Yes. Providing none of the decorations causes damage or discolouration, you are welcome to come in a bit early to decorate. Please arrange with the management when would be a convenient time to come as the room may be in use earlier in the day.
Can we bring our own music to play?
Yes. If you have booked the entire room, you are welcome to play your own music if you wish. We have jacks for an mp3 player or a laptop that feed into our house audio-visual system.
Do you have a dance floor?
No, we don’t.
How late can we stay?
This is up to you. Our kitchen typically closes for new orders at 10:00 p.m., 11:00 on Friday and Saturday, and our liquor license prohibits us from serving alcohol after 1:00 a.m.
How far in advance must I book a banquet?
Of course the farther in advance you book, the better chance you have of getting your preferred date and time. However, please don’t hesitate to contact us if you are putting together a last-minute event; we may still have space available!
